Repeal and saving

(1) The Orissa Educational Institutions (Supersession of Managing Committees) Validation Ordinance, 1979, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or order passed under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken or passed under the corresponding provision of this Act.
