1. Short Title And Commencement

(i) This Act maybe called the Nagaland Village Council (Third Amendment) Act, 2002. (ii) It extend to the whole of Nagaland (iii) It shall come mt force with immediate effect.
2. Amendment of Section 12
Statutory text
In Clause (1) of Section 12 of the Principal Act, the word 'Power' Shall be inserted after the word 'roads' and before the word 'forest'.
