Statutory text
- (I) This Act may be called The Nagaland Village and Tribal Councils (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2022,
- (II) It extends to the whole of Nagaland.
- (iii) It shalt come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.
