1. Title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the State Financial Corporation (Extension of Nagaland) Act, 2002. (2) It shall come to force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
2. Extension of Act 63 of 1951
Statutory text
The State Financial Corporation Act, 1951 is hereby extended and shall be in force in the State of Nagaland.
