Amendment of Section 120(3)

In sub-section of (3) of section 120 of the Nagaland Municipal Act,2001,the words "be specified by the Government, by notification," shall be substituted by the words "be proposed by the Municipality and approved by the Government which is to be conveyed by notification,".
