Penalties under this Act

Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rule thereunder shall, If no other penalty is elsewhere provided in this Act for such contravention, be punishable with a fine which may extend to Rs. 50, and in the event of such person having been previously convicted of any offence under this Act or under any rule made thereunder, with fine which may extend to Rs. 100.
