SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT:

Statutory text
- (i) This act shall be called the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members Salaries, Allowances and Pension (Amendment) Act, 2002.
- (ii) It shall come into force on such date as the state government may by notification in official gazette appoint.
