The Global Open Universjty (Second Amendment) Act 2024 To establish and incorporate a Private University by the Name of The Global Open University Nagaland in the State of Nagaland and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Whereas the establishment of a Private University can be done only through an Act of the State Legislative Assembly as per provisions in the University Grants Commission (Establishment and maintenance of standards in Private University) Regulations 2003 . An Act Further to amend the Globat Open University (Nagaland) Act 2006.
