Extension of the LXII of 1948 to Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Phek Districts in Nagaland.

The Factories Act, 1948, shall as from the commencement of this Act extend to Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Peak Districts in the State of Nagaland and shall come into force therein on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
