1. 1. Short title.

This Act may be called and THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND MISCELLANEOUS PROVlSlONS (EXTENSION TO, KOHIMA, MOKOKCHUNG, WOKHA, ZUNHEBOTO AND PHEK DISTRICTS) Act, 1980.
2. 2. Extension OF Act XlX of 1952 to Kohima, Mokokchung, Wokba, Zunbebo~o and 'Phek districts in Nagaland.
Statutory text
The Employees Provideat Fund'add Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, shall as from the commen-cement of this Act, extend to the Kohima, Mokokchuw Wokba, Zunheboto aod Phek Districts in the Stare of Nagdand and shall come into force therein on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the OFficial Gazelte, appoint.
