The Nagaland State legislature (Continuence of the English Language) Act, 1964

(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland State Legislature (Continuance of the English Language) Act, 1964. (2) It shall come into force on the 26th day of January, 1965.

Notwithstanding the expiration of the period of fifteen years from the commencement of the Constitution, the English language may continue to be in used for the transaction of business in the Legislature of the State of Nagaland.
