Further to amend the Nagaland (Sale of Petroleum and Petroleum Products including Motor Spirit andLubricants) Taxation Act 1967.

Short title, extend and Commencement :-

1. (i) This Act may be called the Nagaland (Sale of Petroleum and Petroleum Products including Motor Spirit and Lubricants) Taxation (Amendment) Act 2000.
2. (ii) It shall extend to the whole of the state ofNagaland.
3. (iii) It shall come into force with immediate effect by replacing the Nagaland (Sale of Petroleum and Petroleum Products includingMotor SpiritandLubricantsTaxation(Amendment) Ordinance, 1999.)
