to provide for the salary and allowances of Leader of Opposition in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. WHEREAS, it is expedient to provide for determination of salary and allowances of the Leader of Opposition in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. It is hereby enacted in the fortythird year of the Republic of India as follows:
