The Nagaland Salaries, Allowances and Other Facilities of the Chief Minister, other Ministers, Speaker, Leader of Opposition, Deputy Speaker, Parliamentary Secretaries and other members of Nagaland Assembly and Pension for Ex-Members (4th Amendment) Act, 2014

(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Salaries, Allowances and other facilities of the Chief Minister, other Ministers, Speakers, Leader of opposition, Deputy Speaker, Parliamentary Secretaries and other Members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and Pension for ex-members Act 2005 (Fourth amendment) Act, 2013. (2) The Fourth amendment Act 2013 shall have effect from the date the Governor gives his assent to the Act.

(I) The Nagaland Salaries, Allowances and other facilities of the Chief Minister. Other Ministers, Speakers, Leader of Opposition Deputy Speaker, Parliamentary Secretaries and other Members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and Pension for ex-members Act 2005 (Fourth Amendment) Act 2013 is show in the Schedule 11.

Dated Kohima 7.12.2013. Title of facility: Pension. Pension p.m for ex-member for the first tern served in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly: Rs. 25,000. Additional pens1onp.m for every additional term sewed in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly: Rs. 1,500 for Pd term and Rs. 500 for 31d term onwards. Consolidated Pension per month for surviving Interim Body Membbers: Rs. 12,500. Family Pension: For the spouse or dependent of the ex-Member. Consolidated Family Pension per month for surviving Spouse of Interim Body Members.
