Information Regarding Officers Responsible for the Affairs of Business

Every registered dealer shall in the prescribed manner and within the prescribed time, send to such authority as may be specified in the rules, a declaration in the prescribed manner and form stating the names of the principal officer manager and of au officers of other designating who are responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of this Act for and or behalf of such dealer.
