An Act to prohibit gambling and regulate and promote online games of skill.

Shorttitle, extent and commencement:-

1. (1) This Act may be called the 'Nagaland Prohibition of Gambling and promotion and Regulation of Online Games of Skill Act, 2015.
2. (2) Itextendstothe State of Nagaland.
3. (3) Itshall come into force with effect on such date as the Government may, by notification in the State Gazette, appoint.
