TheNagaland Professions, Trades, Callings and Employment Taxation (4thAmendment),Act 2012 (Act No. 5 of 2012) Received the assent of the Governor ofNagaland on 3 .I 1.20 12 and published in theNagaland Gazette Extra ordi on 9" January 2013. To further amend the Nagaland Professions, Trades, Calling and Employements TaxationAct. 1968. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Nagaland Profession, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxations Act, 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the sixty second year of the Republic of India as follows; 1. 'short title, extend and commencement: (1) this Act may be called the Nagaland Profession, Trades, Calling and Employment Taxation (fourth amendment) Act, 201 2 (2) it shall have the same extend as the principal effect.
