The Nagaland Passengers & Goods Taxation (Amendment )Act, 2000. (Act No. 7 of 2000)
Received the assent of the Governor of Nagaland on 14/09/2000 and published in theNagalandGazette Extraordinary date: 1lthOctober, 2000.
Tofurther amend the Nagaland Passengers and GoodsTaxation Act, 1967. It ishereby enacted in the Fifty first year ofthe Republic of India as follows:
1. Short title; extent and commencement:

2. This Act may be called the Nagaland Passengers and Goods Taxation (Amendment)Act,2000.
It shall extend to the whole ofthe StateofNagaland.
3. It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Officer Gazette.
2. Amendment ofSchedule under Section3.
The existing Scheduleto the Principal Act shall be deleted and the following shall be substituted:
