Committees

1. The council may appoint, ftom lime to time and for such period a committee consisting of such number of its members as itmay think fit andmay refer to such committee for enquiry and report or for opinion any matter for the purposes of this Act. 2. Every committee appointed under sub-section (I) shall at its h t meeting select one of its member to be its Chairman. 3. The mode of appointment of such committee, the summoning and holding of meetings and the conduct ofbusiness of such committee shall he such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
