Acquisition of land for conservation etc. shall be deemed to be for a public purpose

(1) Whenever any land in the State is proposed to be acquired for the purpose of conservation, development, exploration or exploitation of any land and its resources or for the establishment or development of any industry or for any other purposes of this Act, such acquisition shall he deemed to be needed for a public purpose. (2) The provisions of the Nagaland (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1965 shall apply to every acquisition of land for the purposes specified in Sub-section
