The Nagaland Municipality Disclosure Act, 2011 (Act No. 7 of 2011) Received the assent of the Governor of Nagaland on 06/06/2011 and published in the Nagaland Gazette extraordinary dated 29/06/2011. An -Act- To provide for transparency and accountability in the functioning of Municipalities. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nagaland in the 62™ year of the republic of India as follows:
