Short Title, Extent and Commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Lokayukta Act, 20 17. (2) It extends to the whole State of Nagaland and applies also to the public servants posted outside Nagaland in connection with the affairs of the State of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
