To totally prohibit possession, sale consumption and manufacture of liquor in and of import and export thereof in the State of Nagaland.

Preamble:- Whereas it is expedient to totally prohibit the possession, sale consumption and manufacture of liquor and of import and export thereof in the State of Nagaland. It is hereby enacted in the fortieth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
