Further to amend the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members’ Salaries, Allowances and Pension Act, 1964. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members’ Salaries, Allowances and Pension Act, 1964 (Nagaland Act No. 6 of 1964) in the manner hereunder appearing.

It is hereby enacted in the forty fifth year of the Republic of India as follows
