The Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members' Salaries & Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1965

(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members’ Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1965. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the first day of April, 1965.

In section 4 of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members’ Salaries and Allowances Act, 1964, in sub-section (i), for the words “rupees ten and fifty paise” the following shall be substituted, namely:- “rupees fifteen”.

In section 5 of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members’ Salaries and Allowances Act, 1964 in sub-section (2), for the words “rupees one hundred and fifty per mensem” the following shall be substituted, namely: - “rupees two hundred per mensem”.
