Chapter II THE KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES BOARD
Statutory text
(i) The Government shall appoint a person not being a member, to be the Financial Adviser to the Board. The Financial Adviser may also function as the Chief Accounts Officer. (ii) The term of office, the conditions of service and the functions of the Financial Adviser shall be such as may be prescribed in consultation with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission.
