Chapter IV REPEAL AND EXPIRY OF ENACTMENTS
Statutory text
Where in Nagaland Act, Ordinance or Regulation (not being an act which is to cease to have effect or to cease to operate on the expiry of a particular period or on the happening of a particular contingency) amends the text of any enactment by the express omission, insertion or substitution of any matter, and any such amending act is subsquently repealed, then unless a different intention appears, the repeal shall not the effect continuance of any such amendment by the amending act.
