Appointment of Officers and staff of the Board

(1) The Government shall appoint a Housing Commissioner and other officers of the Board. (2) Subject to the prior approval of the Government, the Board shall appoint officers and staff as it may consider necessary for efficient functioning of the Board. (3) The Board shall prescribe the qualifications, salary arid condition of service of its employees.
