THE NAGALAND ACT NO. 10 OF 1967 THE NAGALAND FINACE (SALES TAX) ACT, 1967 (Published in the Nagaland Gazette Extraordinary, Date th November, 1967). An Act to impose a tax on the sale of certain goods an the first stage of sale in Nagaland. It is hereby enacted in the Eighteen Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
