THE NAGALAND STATE LEGISLATIVE MEMBERS (REMOVAL OF DISQUALIFICATION) FIRST AMENDMENT ACT, 2015 (NAGALAND ACT No.10 OF 2015) Received the assent of the Governor of Nagaland and published in the Nagaland Gazette Extraordinary dated 31" August, 2015. An Act And whereas, there is a requirement of bringing Amendment to SI. No. 4 of the Schedule to the Act of 1964. Be it enacted in the Sixty Sixth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
