Constitution of the Governing Body of theBoard

(1) "There shall be a Governing Body ofthe Board, which shall consist ofthe following members, namely:- (a) Chairman.. . . . . .......... . . . . . . .Chairman of the Board. (b) Ex-officio members. (i) The Director of School Education, Nagaland. (in The Director of Higher Education,Nagaland. i The Director of State Council of Educational Research and Training, Nagaland. (iv) The Director of Youth Resources and Sports, Nagaland. (v) The Director of Technical Education,Nagaland. (vi) The Director of Employment and CraflsmenTraining, Nagaland (W] Joint Labour Commissioner,Nagaland. (2) The Secretary of the Board shall be the Member Secrekay ofthe Governing Body of the Board. (3) "Members ofthe Board shall not depute representatives to the meetings of the Governing Body ofthe Board" (4) The Administrative Head of the School Education Department shall be the ControllingAuthority of the Board.
