It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Second year of the Republic of India as follows. Short Title and

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rs. 92,16,00,000/- (Rupees. ninety two crore sixteen lakh only) deemed to have been paid and applied to meet the amount spent for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the schedule during the financial year ended on the thirty first day of March, 2017 in excess to the amount authorised or granted for those services for that year.
