Recoveries

Statutory text
(1) Any sum due on account of the entertainments tax or tax due under section 6 shall be recoverable by the State Government as a public demand. (2) Any fine imposed under this Act shall be recovered in the manner provided in Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898) for the recovery of fines.
