Chapter I PRELIMINARY

) This Act may be called The Mizoram Youth Commission Act, 2008. 2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Mizoram. 3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.

Clause

1. (b) of sub-section

1. (3) of section 3 of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following, namely- “Such number of members not exceeding seven as may be determined by the Government.”
