AN ACT further to amend the Lushai Hills District (Village Councils) Act, 1953 Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Lushai Hills District (Village Councils) Act, 1953 (Act No. 5 of 1953) which is herein referred to as the Principal Act. It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram in the Sixty Second Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
