Short title, extent and commencement:-
- (1) This Act may be called The Chite Lui (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Act, 2018.
- (2) It extends to the catchment area of Chite Lui from its source at Bawngkawn till its confluence with Tuirial River.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government of Mizoram may notify in the Official Gazette.
