Short title extent and comencement

(1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Survey and Record Operations Act, 1994. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Mizoram. (3) It shall come into force on such dates as the Government may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint and"different dates may be appointed for different ar- eas.
