Repeal and Savings

(1) Mizoram Street Vendor (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011 (Act. No. 4 of 2012) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all orders issued and all actions taken or purported to be issued or taken under the said Act, shall be deemed to have been taken, or purported to be issued or taken under the provisions of “The Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014”.
