Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Union Territory Legislature Members' (Removal of Disqualifications) Act, 1975.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Mizoram.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th May, 1972.
