  2. 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
  3. 2. Definitions.-In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,

  5. 4. Explanation:- For the purposes of this section, ‘Scheduled Areas’ means the areas as defined in paragraph 6 to the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
