Free Traveling by Train or by Air with members of family

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act and subject to the provisions of the Schedule, a Minister shall be entitled to free travelling by first class air-conditioned two-bedded train upto 40,000 kilometres or by air in five years' term within India, upto 5 members.
