Amendment of Section 31 of the Principal Act

Section 31(1) of the Principal Act, shall be substituted by the following, namely :- “31 (1) An appeal from any original order made by a Certificate Officer shall lie to the respective Collector or Deputy Commissioner of the area, if presented within thirty days from the date of order appealed against, excluding the time taken for obtaining the copy of such order”.
