However that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.

Repeal and Saving [3] 6. (1) The Mizoram (Pension for Members of the defunct Mizo District Council and of the Pawi-Lakher Regional Council) Ordinance, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994) is here by repealed.

1. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Mizoram (Pension for Member of the Mizo District Council and of the Pawi Lakher Regional Council) Ordinance, 1993 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
