AN ACT to amend the Mizoram (Pension for Members of the Defunct Mizo District Council and of the Defunct Pawi-Lakher Regional Council) Act, 1994 (Act No. 7 of 1994) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) It is enacted by the Mizoram Legislative Assembly in the Sixty fourth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
