Amendment of section 58
The Mizoram Liquor Total Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2013General20135 sections
Statutory text
For section 58 of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely :- "58. Officers empowered under section 54 of this Act shall have the power to submit a report under section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
