On examining the record, it may either annul, reverse, modify or confirm such order, or pass such other order as it may deem fit.

Officers and persons being officers under this Act to be public servants All Officers and persons empowered to exercise any power or to perform any functions under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
