No. H. 12018/231/2013-LJD, the 1st May, 2013. The following Act of the Mizoram Legislative Assembly, which received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram is hereby published for general information.

The Mizoram Fire Service Act, 2013 (Act No. 7 of 2013) {Received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram on the 17th April, 2013}. A N ACT To provide for the maintenance of Fire & Emergency services for the State of Mizoram; Whereas it is expedient to provide for the maintenance of a Fire Force, and for certain other ancillary matters. It is enacted by the State Legislature in the Sixty fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
