  1. 0. Preamble
  2. 1. Short title, extent and commencement.-
  3. 2. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:
  4. 3. Establishment of Single Window Clearance Authority (SWCA)

  6. 5. The SWCA shall ensure that there is minimum physical interface between applicant and concerned officers for delivery of the services.

  22. 21. Every order made under this section shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made, before the state Legislature.
