The Mizoram Drug (Controlled Substances) Act, 2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016)

THE MIZORAM DRUG (CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES) ACT, 2016 AN ACT to provide for laws relating to control of certain substances that tend to addiction and misuse which are not effectively dealt with by the existing laws in force;

It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram in the sixty-seventh year of the Republic of India as follows, namely: -
