Short title, extent and commencement .-

(1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Agricultural Land Leasing Act, 2021 (2) It shall extend to the whole state of Mizoram except Autonomous District Council areas. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
